Sadly we announce the passing of an amazing woman who will be greatly missed. Beloved daughter of the late Ray and late Deloris King. Mother to James (Shannon) and loving Grandma to Jevon (Emily), Kitana and Kyla. Soon to be a Great Grandma to Levy Rocchetta Lorimer who will be born in May. Gloria was so happy to hear the news. Even though Levy won’t have her to hold him, he will know all of the wonderful memories and feel the love of her all around him.

Sister to David (Jenn), late Eddie, Christine (late Shawn), Peter (Kathy) and Raymond Jr. Sadly missed by many nephews, nieces and cousins. Gloria was such a caring, loving, giving person. She loved to laugh and make others laugh as well. She was honest and said what was on her mind, and she was respected for it. She will be missed by everyone. Heaven has gained the best mom, sister, friend, grandma… You are pain free now. Enjoy everyone up there with you until we meet again, love you.

Memorial contributions to ARCH, Kidney Foundation, or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. Thank you to all of the nurses and PSW’s at Maple View and the wonderful staff at the Sault Area Hospital Dialysis Department.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E., 705-759-2522) on Friday, April 29, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
