Peacefully passed away, surrounded by his family, at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, December 16, 2017. Beloved husband of Annina (Giorno). Loving father of Nick (Julie), Mario and Lina Longo. Cherished Nonno of Brianna and Alessia. Predeceased by his parents Maria and Nicola. Dear brother of Guiseppe Longo (Antonetta), Rosina Ferrari (Eugenio), Carmela Gatto (Frank), Ida Gencarelli (late Gennaro), Rosaria Giorno (Girardo) and the late Angelo (Teresa). Eugenio will be remembered by his extended family in Canada, Italy and Switzerland. Family and friends are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Rd, 705-945-7758) on Thursday, December 21, 2016 from 9:30 am until time of the Funeral Service in the chapel at 11 am with Father Boguslaw Jarosek officiating.
