Locking, Percy Howard
March 10, 1947 – November 17, 2023
Passed away peacefully in his 76th year at Algoma Manor. Beloved husband of Gisela Cullen for 30 years. Predeceased by his Father Howard Locking and Mother Dorothy Locking. Loved and missed by his brother Stewart Locking and sisters Donna McLean and Dianne Ball as well as many nieces and nephews. Will be remembered by Gisela’s children Tera, Melanie, Ryan and Garnet.
