It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lloyd, at the Sault Area Hospital on Friday, July 19, 2024, at the age of 77. Cherished husband of Helen Lannigan and the late Beverley. Dear stepfather of Candace, Carmen, Rob and Tracy, Martin and Will. Son of the late Harvey and MaryAnne Leis. He is survived by his siblings; Esther Wardell (late Floyd), Eldon Leis (Jean), Helen Wardell (late Len), Shirley Horst (late Jesse), Eileen Johnston (late Russel), Ron Leis (late Marilyn), Larry Leis (Donna). Lloyd was blessed with many nieces and nephews, he especially enjoyed his time spent with his nephew Tony, and the road trips they went on together.
Lloyd was a good man, a quiet man, an honest man, a man devoted to God, a man not afraid of hard work. I have never met anyone that had a negative thing to say about Lloyd. You will be missed Lloyd, more than words can say!
Friends and family are invited to visit at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 705-945-7758) on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Clinton Moody officiating.
