It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Nick at the age of 43.
Much loved son of Sandra and David Lay. Life Partner of Theresa Barone. He will be fondly remembered by his brothers Ron (Sarah) and Chris. Proud uncle of Colton (Cam), David and Emma. He leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, and will be missed by his fur babies the late Kojo, Gilbert (Gilly) and Bella.
Nick was a very artistic person where he enjoyed a career as a web/graphic designer. He was a practical joker and will be remembered for his warm loving nature.

As per Nick's request, there will be no formal funeral service at this time. A private Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation or a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
