Peacefully, gracefully and quietly, surrounded by so much love near and far, holding the hand of Ivy, her partner in crime, mom left us to go dance with her soulmate once again. She is now reunited with her sweet Basil, precious and beloved grandsons Kyle and Billy. She missed her family terribly and we are so grateful that they are reunited once again.
Beloved mother of Connie (Bill), Jerry (Sue), Keith (Ruth), Shelley, Karen, Bradley and Sandra (Jake). Missed by her honourary son, Al. Proud grandmother of 17 and great grandmother of 21. Her remaining sister, Sharon (Marvin) will miss her deeply. Olive will be fondly remembered by the Black and Jones families. Thank you, Mom and Dad for our family that will continue to grow and we promise that they will know you.
Olive was also so much more. She was a seamstress, knitter, curler, baker, gardener, band member, quilt maker, avid reader, healer, mender and the creator of our Christmas magic.
