Passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of the late Edwin. Cherished mother of Cheryl Sims (Gerald). Special grandmother of Todd Sims. Daughter of the late Irene and James Smail. Loving sister of Jean Wiley (Harry), the late Margaret Pritchard (late Len), late Alice Dinsmore (late Merle) and late twin brother Pte. James Smail. A funeral service will be held at the Barton and Kiteley Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Friday, October 1, 2004 at 11 am. Rev. Jan Schenell officiating. Interment Cloudslee Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Royal Canadian Legion (Branch 211), Bruce Mines United Church or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
