HURLEY, Bertram John

October 13, 1930 – June 20, 2019

It is with deep sadness that our family announces the peaceful passing of Bertram (Bert) Hurley in his 89^th year. Beloved husband of Frances for 67 years. Loving father to Mike Hurley (Peggy), Brenda Hurley, Ron Hurley (Bernadette), Lori Collis (Dave), Lois Ross (Dale). Grandfather to Michael Hurley (Beth), Jessy-Lee Maloney, Jill-Anne Woods (Alex), Joseph Hachey (Geneviève), Christena Hurley, Hannah Ross. Great Grandfather to Kaylee Fisch and Oaklynn Woods.  Son of the late Bertrum and Ruby Hurley. Brother of the late Harold (late Maretta), late Denta Kalmbach (Erich), Dorothy Hatten (late Lionel). Bert will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.   Thank you to all the Staff of Algoma Manor who cared for him and a special thank you to Tammy, Colleen and Dr. Keating for their care and compassion during this difficult journey.  Friends and family are invited to a memorial service at Beggs Funeral Home 175 Main St., Thessalon on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 1pm.
