HIGGINS, Kevin Clarence

Peacefully passed away on Friday, December 23, 2016 at the Sault Area Hospital in his 59th year.  Beloved companion and best friend of Jean Behnke for 31 years.  Son of the late Donald and Lois (nee Tulloch).  Dear brother of Bob (Nora) and Karen Menze (Warner).  Step father of Jim Devlin (Laura), Steven Devlin (Jan), Keith Devlin, Scott Devlin and the late Justin Devlin.  Grandpa of Alexandra, Almondyne, Josh, Stacey, Megan and Emma.  Great grandfather of 3 and 2 on the way.  Uncle of Robert, Chantel (Josh), Meghan (Alex), Nicholas and Alexandra.  Brother-in-law of Allen Behnke (Landys) and Carol Behnke and the late Dennis Behnke.  Friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 6 pm until 9 pm.  Funeral service in the chapel on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 11 am. Pastor Jeremy Edgar officiating. Spring interment Goulais River Cemetery.
