September 29 1917 – July 28 2006. Peacefully at the General Hospital after a brief stay. Predeceased by her husband Stanley (Lad), brothers Richard and Jackie Robinson. Dear sister of Mary Ellen Gartshore (Tony). Loving mother of Michael Hermiston (Barbara Mills) of London, and Anne Hermiston (Mike Bowie) of Sault Ste. Marie. Grandmother of Alexandra Moar of the Sault and great grandmother of Gabrielle and Michael. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Jean was a long time parishioner of Central United Church and a member of the Flora Rebekah Lodge. At Jean’s request there will be no visitation. Memorial service to be held Friday, August 4, 2006 at 10 am in the sanctuary of the Central United Church, 60 Spring Street, with fellowship to follow the service at the church hall. Rev. Don McKay officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated.
