It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Jordan Angela Heffern, 22 years, on Friday, September 13th, 2024.
Beloved daughter of Toni Heffern and Darin Heffern (wife Andrea). Loving sister of Connor Heffern. Cherished granddaughter of Bonnie Heffern (husband Gilles Boulanger) and Gordon Heffern (predeceased), Terry England and Edward Green. Special niece to Angela Roy (predeceased) and Robbie Green. Lovingly remembered by extended family.
Jordan was an exceptional athlete. A dedicated student who took great pride and excelled in her studies. Her work ethic was inspiring. Jordan was caring and compassionate, she had a huge heart. In short, she was amazing!
Jordan followed her passion for helping others by devoting her many talents to becoming a mental health nurse in the child and adolescent program.
With the warmest smile and a vibrant personality that lit up a room, Jordan will forever be remembered by her family and friends as beautiful, fiercely loyal, funny, protective and strong. Jordan was a compelling young lady, yet she remained humble.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Jordan Heffern Memorial Bursary would be greatly appreciated. This bursary will support a Lockerby Composite School graduate who is entering a nursing program.
