Helen M. Harten passed away peacefully at the Algoma Manor, with her family by her side, on Wednesday, October 16, 2002 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert. Loving mother of Gerald (Mary Lou), Clarence (Diane), Noreen (late George), June (late Mel), Florence (Bill), Nancy (Don) and Wynne (Duncan). Dear sister of the late Dora, Jean, Margaret, Cedric (Edna) and Ernie (Jeannette). Cherished by 20 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, October 19 from 12:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with the Ven. Hugh Hamilton officiating. Interment at Hilton Beach Cemetery (St John's Anglican Cemetery). The family would appreciate memorial contributions to the St. John's Anglican Church Building Fund, Algoma Manor Palliative Care or Sault Area Hospitals Renal Dialysis.
