HANDLEY, David

It is with heavy hearts that we announce that David Handley passed away unexpectedly on July 26th, 2021, at the age of 69 years. Born in Sault Ste. Marie, David was the son of the late Lawrence and Mary Handley. Brother of Peggy (late Carl) Plastino and Maureen Handley. Survived by his children Darren (Daina) Handley, Joel Handley, Saralyn (John) Wilkinson and Heather Handley, his grandchildren Dylan, Deidra-Lynn, Theo, Nora, and great grandchildren Destiny, Dawson and Amelia. Uncle to Dean, Ryan and Mark.
 
David will be remembered by many friends as someone who loved the outdoors, whether it was picking mushrooms or fiddleheads, diving for lures and fishing. Motorcycles were also a passion of his, from travelling across the country on a Goldwing to the back roads of Rydall bank on a RoadStar, much time was spent on the back of a bike.
 
No service will be held as family will gather privately. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
