(January 27, 1931 - June 5, 2018) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dad, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend. He leaves behind his children Maureen Burghardt (Dan), Rod Bateman (Divina) and Debbie Clark. His grandchildren Charlene Clark (Roland), Jodie Bateman (Troy), and Adam and Mikayla Burghardt. His brothers John (late Joyce), Rodger (Judy), his sisters Faith Vidoli (late John), Grace Rowe (Gerry) and Lillian Wiggins (late Robert) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Dad is predeceased by our mom Betty Bateman, daughter Louise, his parents Frank and Ethel Hallam, his brother Bill Hallam, and grandchildren Corina Clark and William Clark. Dad will be greatly missed! Friends may visit at the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 9:30 am to 10:30am. Funeral service to be held in the Chapel at 11:00 am. Interment Richards Landing Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or Parkland Baptist Church.
