Angels came to take Joanna from her home into their loving arms on Saturday, August 7, 2004. Beloved daughter of Joseph and Stella Simon. Cherished mother of Alexandra and Robin Ann. Dear sister of Marcie-Lee Simon of St. Catharine’s, Ontario and Bernard Simon of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Loving granddaughter of Mary Brylka of Blind River, Ontario. Joanna will be sadly missed by her special niece, Jessica, nephews, Travis, Trevor and Quinten and by her sister-in-law, Nora-Marie. Also survived by her aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Thursday, August 12, 2004 from 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass to be celebrated from Precious Blood Cathedral on Friday, August 13, 2004 at 11 am. Rev. Bernard Burns officiating. Interment West Korah Cemetery.
