Died peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, July 25th, 2005 in her 86th year. She was the daughter of the late Arnold LePage Agnew and the late Sara Kathleen (Dewdney), and special niece to Margaret and the late Albert Dewdney and to the late Selwyn and Irene Dewdney. She was predeceased by her sister, Marion Daphne Burnie, and sister-in-law Holly (first wife of Tom). She was the sister of Thomas Dewdney Agnew and wife Joan of Langley BC, and Arnold Quentin Agnew and wife Lynne of Saskatoon, Sask. She will be missed by her beloved friend Albert Inch, her six children, Sharon Daphne and her husband Randy Smith, Maureen Patricia and her husband Ted Jamieson, Kathleen Louise and her husband Bill Maguire, Patsy-Lynn, Ken and his wife Debbie, and Marion Brenda and her husband Jean-Pierre Kessler, her grandchildren Georgia (Horberger), Shawn, and Kelly Smith, Michael, Sean, and Aaron Jamieson, Shannon and Michael Maguire, Breen and Trisha Chornyj, Jason and Lee Ann Gonneville, and Mireille and Lucien Kessler, her special cousin Kay Wilson, as well as her much loved great grandchildren and many special nieces and nephews. Friends may visit at the Arthur Funeral Home (492 Wellington Street East, 705-759-2522) on Thursday July 28th, 2005 from 1:30 pm until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2:30 pm. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery immediately afterwards. Reception will follow in a room at the pavilion of the Water Tower Inn. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society, the Davey Home, the Sault Area Hospital or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
