November 12, 1931 - January 30, 2022

Sadly we say a final goodbye to our much loved mom, grandma and great grandma. Mom passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 30, 2022 at the F.J. Davey Home. Already missing her dearly are her children Art (Dorothy), Donna (Rob), Bob (Marge), Dave (Penny) and Frank (Heather). She was the loving, involved and supportive grandma- the absolute best to Annette, Scott, Erin, Ian, Aaron, Dawn, Trisha, Broc, Luc, Dan and Laura and their partners. She also celebrated the births of each of her great grandchildren. Her special handknitted baby outfits were treasured.

Predeceased by her beloved daughter, Dianne, dearest little grandson Matthew and her husband and soulmate, Bob.

Family was the centre and light of her life. Many happy family memories are associated with the fun times had at her camp on Lake Jobammageeshig - Mom's favourite place!

Mom was 90 years old and knew full well both the joys and sorrows, laughter and tears of a life-well-lived. She was an inspiration to us all.

Feeling the loss - remembering the love.

Special thanks to all the dedicated staff at the F.J. Davey Home who were involved in mom's life and care.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (payable by cheque or online) to the Alzheimer's Society would be greatly appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St., E. 705-759-2522). Please visit www.arthurfuneralhome.com to leave a message of condolence as a keepsake for the family.
