October 21, 1964 - June 19, 2021. With great sorrow and heavy hearts, cancer took the life of John Adam Gilbert of Wahnapitae First Nation who started his spirit journey at the age of 56 with his family by his side.
Beloved friend of Rita Budge (Allan) for over 30 years. Son of the late Beatrice and late James Gilbert. Much loved father of Michael (Nicole), Rheal (Lindsie), Louise (Steve). Survived by his brother Joseph (Karen), Robert (Anna), and sister Karen (Jeffrey), predeceased by James, Cathy, and Gary. Papa John, to many grandchildren and one great grandchild. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held.
