We are saddened to announce the peaceful passing of Wilf, also known as “Papa Smurf”, at the Sault Area Hospital, in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Susan Geroux (nee Sartoretto) for 40 years. Understanding and compassionate father of Tracey Geroux, Tammy Geroux, George Geroux (Debbie), Mark Geroux, Christopher Ingram and Jeremy Ingram. Grandpa of 12 grandchildren. Brother-in-law of Jennifer Davies (Jack).
Wilf was a truck driver for many years. He loved spending time with family and friends camping in his RV and fishing. He had the ability to make those around him laugh with his legendary jokes…we will forever miss his great sense of humour and his sneaky laugh.
