Heaven can enjoy Bruno’s singing of “Tu Scendi Dalle Stelle” this Christmas. On Wednesday, December 18, 2019 surrounded by his loving children, Bruno passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital at the age of 87. He is now rejoicing as he is reunited with his beloved wife Maria whom he has missed greatly these past 2 years. Bruno was a great mentor and loving father to his children Joseph (Dory), Maria and Sergio.  Much loved and devoted Nonno to Arja Liisa (Jordan), late Taija, Britt Savage (Maurice) and Gitano.

Bruno was the oldest son of the late Giuseppe and the late Maria Gallo.  He will be greatly missed by his sister Giuseppina Gallo but reunited with his siblings the late Giovanni Gallo (late Mirella), late Gaetano Gallo (Paolina), and the late Geniale Gallo (Maria).  Brother-in-law of the late Francesco Bernardo (Elena), late Ernesto Bernardo (Paolina), late Rosaria Gallo (late Antonio), late Carmela Lepore (late Saverio), late Nicola Bennardo-Ciddio (late Maria), and the late Rose Pucci (late Francesco).  Bruno will be missed but fondly remembered by his cousins, nieces and nephews.  He will also be dearly missed by his many special friends.

Bruno certainly fulfilled his goals and dreams as he worked tirelessly to provide for his family after arriving from Italy in the late 50s.  He and his family were proud of his accomplishments and his family will always be grateful for his dedication and strong work ethic which they cherish and will continue to follow.

Family and friends are invited visit at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East- 705-759-2522) on Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 6 pm - 9 pm.
