True love brought Kayge into this world and that love completely surrounded him as he left. On Friday, May 31, 2019 our superhero passed suddenly in Mommy and Daddy's arms with all his siblings and grandparents by his side.
Kayge waged the war on DIPG for over a year, defying many odds along the way. He did not lose his battle, instead, our champion passed the sword to his family to continue his fight. Kayge defined positivity and his smile and laughter were contagious. He loved his family passionately. The world has stopped turning for his loving parents Mandy and Paul Fowler. He is the cherished brother of KeighArrah, Avery, Zachery and Xander Fowler. Loved grandson of Grandma Karen, Grandpa Roger, Mimi Betsi and Papa Gerald. Spoiled nephew of (Auntie Lolo) Holley and Mike, Josh and Alicia, Trisha and Jessie, Esther and Adam, Anna and Kyle. Special cousin of Quinn, Noah, Jayden, Kaesen, Nathen, Troy, Big Noah, Naomi, Eden, Cassia, Bayleigh, Madison, Shiloh and Peyton.
The family wishes to thank the community and beyond for their support in the past year. Without you Kayge's battle would have been much shorter. You equipped him for success.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 from 2 pm - 9 pm at Bethel Bible Chapel (686 Black Road). Funeral service will take place on Wednesday, June, 12, 2019 at Bethel starting at 4:30 pm. Please dress casually as Kayge would know you. Kayge gear, saints shirts, pyjamas, Christmas attire or superhero costumes are encouraged.
Kayge wasn't big on flowers but he really loved balloons. Please make any donations to Kayge Fighters Against DIPG Foundations. "We will fight for you, we always do until our hearts are black and blue." Arrangements entrusted to Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. - 705-759-2522).
