The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Barrie, on Thursday, February 24th, 2022, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of 62 years to the late Donald Folz. Daughter of the late Florence and Russell Leffler. Mother of Debra Mullin (Jim), Kim Donaghue (Lyn), Rhonda Lewis, Daryle Folz (Jennette), and the late Dale Folz (Joyce). Survived by her brothers Ken and Gord; and sisters Barbara and Marilyn. Sadly missed by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Betty Anne raised five children and took care of a 100-acre farm. In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral or visitation. Cremation services in the care of Adams Funeral Home, Barrie. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Simcoe whom made her last days peaceful, pain free, and in a family setting. Special thanks to Dr. (Jacky) Lai, nurse Michelle, Dr. Pearce, Dr. Yu and Dr. Ishak.
