Peacefully at home on Friday, February 6, 2004 at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Anne. Father of Brian (Lori) of Kenora and the late Keith. Grandfather of Scott, Matt and Cameron. Brother of Waltraud Fuchs (Manfred), Rita, Heinz-Dieter Fleischer (Crystal) and the late Ursula. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Horst was active and well respected in the business community of Sault Ste. Marie. Professionally, he was noted for his exceptional expertise involving mechanical engineering projects throughout the country. Many summers were enjoyed with his family and friends aboard his boat at St. Joe’s Island. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Friday, February 13, 2004 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service from the chapel on Saturday, February 14, 2004 at 12 noon. Interment Lake of the Woods Cemetery, Kenora.
