Passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at the age of 77. Beloved wife and best friend of Ernie Fischer for 54 years. Cherished mother of Cindy Mercier (Andre), Carol Quillen, Robert John Ernest Fischer Jr. and Becky Ebare (Dan). Proud Grandma of Kyle (Erica), John (Stephanie), Tammy (Fabian), late Kimberly and Ashley (Nathan). Great Grandma of Zoe, Jasmyn, Sierra, Jaden, Juri and Bailey. Sister of Smokey, Helen and predeceased by her brothers. Rose will be missed by Michelle Lesage, Robyn Hunter, Dawn Ebare, special friend Mona Roberts, and all her Wal-Mart friends, many nieces, nephews, cousins, friend and her furry companion Princess. At Rose’s request cremation has taken place and no funeral service will be held. Memorial contributions to the Lung Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
