With his family by his side at Algoma Manor on Thursday January 23, 2014. Paul Fedchak in his 85th year, beloved husband and soulmate of Barbara Fedchak for 64 years. Loving father of Rick Paul Fedchak of Toronto and Wendy-Lou Corbett (Jon Jones and the late Joseph Corbett) of Mississauga. Special Grampa to Ashley Louise Corbett and Natalie Mae Corbett. Dear son of the late Lena and William Fedchak and dear brother of the late Peter Fedchak (Lucy) all of Thunder Bay. Dear brother-in-law of Neville Meads (Ann) of Bobcaygeon. Paul was an entertainer. He was heard on CBC radio and was a part of “The Happy Gang”. He was also well known and will be remembered as an Al Jolson impersonator. He will be sadly missed by his North Channel Community Singers family, to which he and his wife were founding members. Friends may call at the Algoma Manor, Thessalon on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 from 1 p.m. until time of memorial service at 3 o’clock, with The Reverend Roberta Wilson-Garrett officiating.
