Julia (Julie) Farkas went to be with her Lord on June 17, 2016. She had been battling cancer for eight months in Penticton, BC. Previously, living in Karlskrona, Sweden with her husband George and daughter Julia (Ju Ju) and son-in-law Henrik Danielsson. Also survived by daughter Rachael and son-in-law Ralph Strean (Pensicola, Florida) and son Joseph and daughter-in-law Yariela Farkas (New York).
Julie lived her life for her children and grandchildren and had written over a hundred praise songs to honour her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was loved for her cheerful, kind and grateful heart by her dear friends and relatives in the Sault.
