With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Patricia (Pat) Evans at ARCH Hospice on December 20, 2019, at the age of 95, with her family by her side. She is now once again with her adoring late husband, Leslie, after so many years. Cherished mother of Hilary (Gilbert Portelance). Treasured grandmother of Stephen Jagges (Nicole) and Jarod Jagges. She is also survived by her sister Mary Hanks and cousins in England. Family and friends will miss her humour and great wisdom.
