1979 – 2022
We are heartbroken to announce the tragic passing of our dear Nick of St. Albert, Alberta, on Wednesday, April 6 at the young age of 43, due to a workplace accident.
Nick’s smile could light up a room, and his jovial nature will forever live in our hearts. His love for his friends and family is undeniable, and the void we feel from his loss is beyond measure. We take comfort that he is in the loving arms of his Heavenly Father, and we will be reunited again someday.
Beloved partner of Layla, loving father of Kiera, Victoria and Kaleb, and incredible co-parent with their mother Vadney; #1 son of Chris and Barb Etchells, dear brother of Emily (Gilles), Chris Villeneuve (Alicja), Natalie Lafond-Hobson (Adam), and his cherished Bisschops family. Adored uncle of his many nieces and nephews. He will be forever remembered and missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, who loved him like a brother. To know Nick was to love him.
