Tragically on Friday June 22, 2018 at the age of 49. Loving and devoted mother of Spencer and Cameron. Cherished wife and best friend of Greg. Beloved daughter of Barbara Goddard (David) and the late Earl King (the late Patricia). Dear sister of Craig King (Jill). Treasured daughter-in-law of the late Bill and Laura Elsby. Special sister-in-law of Brad Elsby (Kim). Much loved aunt of Emily and Sherman King and Corey Elsby. Vivian will also be missed by her cousins and many friends. Vivian was a very caring person who loved to smile and make people laugh. Vivian always wanted to help other people and this was so evident throughout her 25 year career as a social worker helping those in need. She touched the lives of so many people and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
