Passed away after a lengthy illness at the General Hospital on Sunday, July 25, 2004 at the age of 60. Beloved wife of Olavi Eklund. Dear mother of Cheryl Siitse (Juri), Harry Eklund, Monica Eklund (Dennis Atkinson) and Emerson Eklund (Patty). Mother-in-law of Victoria Eklund. Grandmother of David Siitse (Bonnie), Jacqueline, Randi-Lynn, James, Jordan, Jack, and Paige. Great grandmother of Trina. Sister of Liz Brydges (late Jack), Lucy Eastman (late Earl) Bud Cress, Mary Cress, Sarah Neveau (Mike), Jim Corbiere (Lyla), Alex Corbiere (Ruby), Margaret Coghill (Rheal Plouffe), Max Corbiere and the late Ed and Nelson Corbiere. Sister-in-law of Henry Eklund (Louise), Helmi Powley (Frank) and Aino Souliere (Jerry). Remembered by her many nieces and nephews. A family funeral service was held at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Tuesday, July 27, 2004. Rev. Bruce McLeish officiated.
