Survived by sisters Isabel Wickett, Pearl Tucci (Nick), Jean Lane, Donna Higgins (Doug) and brother Albert. Special and loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Phebie will be missed by many cousins and friends. Phebie was first a mother. In her early years of raising her family she was best known for her bread making and exceptional cinnamon buns.  She started her career outside of the home having a desire to provide the best quality of life for her children.  She was the first woman city bus driver and took on the role of emancipation with great strength and determination.  Eventually, later in life she worked at learning to honor herself and she was well known for her smiling eyes.

Friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton and Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. - 705-759-7659) on Monday March 4, 2019 between 6pm - 9pm. Funeral service to take place at East Korah Maxwell United Church (4 Fourth Line E.) on Tuesday March 5, 2019 commencing at 10am.

In lieu of flowers Phebie requested contributions to Sault Area Hospital Foundation or Women in Crisis would be greatly appreciated. A special thank you to all those who cared for Phebie toward the end of her journey - you know what loving, kind and gentle souls you have been to her.
