Peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, July 18, 2009 on her 91st birthday. Beloved wife of the late Leonard. Loving mother of the late John. Predeceased by her siblings John Whitely (Laura), Oswald Whitely (Lily), Rena Campbell (Jack), George Whitely (Mabel), Laura Wood (Frank) and Phemia Bryans (Bill). Sister-in-law of Ken Dodds (Clarice), Ethel McLellan and Margaret Dodds. Frances will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
