DIVALENTIN, Franco

(1929-2017) – Peacefully at A.R.C.H with family by his side on November 10, 2017 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late Nella (2015) for 57 years. Loving and cherished father of Katherine Copley (Michael Keeney), Nancy Bakalarczyk (Rob) and Steven (Christina). Franco is the son of the late Silvio and late Angela DiValentin. Proud Nonno of Sarah and Allison Copley, Ryan and Dana Bakalarczyk and Noah and Hannah DiValentin. Dear brother of the late Celina Rossi (late Pietro), the late Avelino (Teresa) and the late Nella Fachinutti (Alvise). Brother-in-law of Edda Mizzau (late Sergio) and late Guido Mizzau (late Ada). Franco will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and caregivers of the SAH, Premier Homecare Services and Extendicare Maple View nursing home for their wonderful care. A special thank you to Liz of Premier who has a lovely smile and a beautiful outlook on life - a true gift. To Alceo and Lucy D’Angelo, words seem inadequate, but thank you for everything.
