Passed peacefully with his family by his side at Extendicare Van Daele on Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at the age of75. Beloved husband and best friend of Shirley (nee Kennedy) for 52 years. Loving father of Linda Matheson (Lyle) and Ann Marie Ybarreta (Mark Anthony) of California. Loving grandfather (Hoppy) of Joseph Matheson (Toni) of Bolton, Amanda Matheson of Calgary and Myra Gallemit (Alex) of Las Vegas. Great grandfather of Aysia Marie, Adam and Lucas. Dear brother of Buck (Colby), Frank, Carlo (Judy), Suzie Shoppe (Eric) and the late Tony and Guitano (Lois). Brother-in-law of Joan and Sam Rainone, Karen and Murray Charrett, Lois and Nick Scali, Phyllis and Ted Jarosz and Garnett Kennedy. Remembered by his many nieces and nephews.
