It is with profound sadness we say good-bye to our beloved sister, mentor and bestfriend. After graduation, Brenda started her career as a health care provider, working for 40 plus years at the F.J. Davey Home. Brenda was passionate about her work and came to love and cherish many of her patients, developing life long relationships with many co-workers. Brenda loved her siblings unconditionally. Her kindness and selflessness was limitless. We depended on her for many things - a hug - a shoulder - a word of hope. Over the years this dependence changed and she began to need us as much as we needed her. We were not ready to say good-bye, but knew it was time, and she let go. Brenda has gone to join her parents Bud and Mary Devoe, her brothers John (infant) and Calvin. She leaves behind her siblings, Debbie Marshall (Dennis), Margret (late Ivan), Bernie (Carol), David (Cathy), Ellen Bellini (Larry), Jody (Nancy), Mary-Ann, Bill (Tracy). One of Brenda's greatest joys was being an aunt to her many nieces and nephews, Michelle, Jason, Adam, Kevin, Brian, Phillip, Amanda, Frank, Michael, Natasha, Cody, Julia, Allison, Laura, Brendon, Sarah, Shayla, Carter and Shawn. She was also a great aunt to many. Memorial donations made to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
