Peacefully at ARCH on Sunday December 4, 2022, at the age of 70. Father of Nancy Dolan (Mark) and Lance Creor (Tanya). Grandfather of Shawn, Jacob, Phillip, Georgia and Courtney. Great grandfather of 6. Brother of Mary Lester (Allen).
As per Phillip’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
