Cousineau, Gérald Antoine 'Jerry'

Born on September 16, 1962, he passed away on May 14, 2014 in Elliot Lake at the age of 50.  Pre-deceased by his parents Irvin and Pauline (née Fallu) Cousineau, he is survived by his wife Tammy and sons Cody and Jake.  Loving brother of Penny (Al), Bobby, Monique (Rod), Diane (Marcel) and uncle to many nieces and nephews.  Jerry’s wishes were to be cremated and no service.  Tammy and the family would like to thank Dr. Shamas of Blind River and all the staff at the St. Joseph’s Hospital in Elliot Lake.  A special thank you to Dr. Spencer, Dr. Purzner and the wonderful nurses and staff in I.C.U.  To the many people in Blind River, thank you for your support during Jerry’s illness and this difficult time.  Contributions in memory of Jerry to the ALS, St. Joseph’s Hospital ICU in Elliot Lake or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre (36 Ontario Ave).  Expressions of sympathy to the Cousineau family may be made at www.elliotlakefuneralchapel.com
