Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, July 30, 2006 at the age of 42. Cherished daughter of Keith Cook and the late Lola. Dearly loved and special sister of Laurie Evoy (Gordon) and Allen Cook (Pam). Much loved special aunt of Bradley Evoy (Sara), Tricia MacKay (Keith), Corey Cook (Melissa) and Carly Cook (Blake). Proud great aunt of Hailey Evoy and Nelson MacKay. Dear niece of Harvey Evoy (Jackie) of Indiana, Elaine Katerenchuk (late Ron) and the late Bill Cook (late Louise).
