Peacefully at ARCH. Joan was the wife of the late honourable Justice Wayne Cohen. Joan is survived by her four children; Michael Rowe (Barb), Elizabeth Fera (David), David Rowe and Stephanie Martynuck (Craig).
She had 8 grandchildren: Michael Fera (Lindsay), Jordana Namespetra (Ryan), Max Fera, Valarie Rajotte, Caleb, Chloe, Titus and Gabriel Martynuck.
Joan had four great grandchildren: Sebastian and Kipton Fera, and Kate and Claire Namespetra.
A private family graveside will take place.
