CLARK, Joyce Elizabeth (nee Bazilsky)

After a courageous battle, we are saddened to announce the passing of Joyce at the Sault Area Hospital on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at the age of 90.  Beloved wife of the late Grenville.  Loving Mother of the late Grenville Jr., the late Edward, Barbara Johnson (Ken), David Clark (Karen), and Tracey Wilson (Mark LaRue). Proud Grandmother of Kenna Withers (Wayne), Michael Johnson (Tracy), Stephen Johnson (Angela), Braden Clark, Dawn Toufanov (Mark) and Michael Wilson, and the late Morgan Wilson.  Great Grandmother of David Withers and Travis Johnson.  Dear sister of the late Edward (late Isobel), late Ron, Betty Valiquette (late Clayton), and Elaine Leonard (late Ben).  Daughter of the late Peter and Julia Bazilsky.  Sister-in-law of Dorothy (late Ray), late Glenn, late Norman (Bernie), Mary (late Dave).  Also missed by many nieces and nephews.  Affectionately known to many as “Nan”.  Friends may visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 from 6 – 8 pm.  Funeral Service to be held in the chapel on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 1 pm. Mrs. Helen Smith officiating.  Interment Greenwood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Lung Association, ARCH, or the Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.  Special thank you to all the doctors and nurses of Emergency and third floor at the Sault Area Hospital, and to the EMS for their care and compassion.
