Passed away in Sault Ste. Marie on Tuesday, April 6, 2004 with family at her side. Gilberte Chenier of Rydal Bank in her 76th year wife of the late Ernest Chenier. Loving mother of Richard of Noranda, Pierre (Lou) of Thunder Bay, Louise (Earl) Murray of Rydal Bank, Denise (Henry) Tulonen of Sault Ste. Marie, Ronald (Donna) of Elliot Lake, Suzanne (Larry) of Bruce Mines, John of Sault Ste. Marie, and the late Yves. Special grandmother to 22 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Pierrette Piche of Montreal, Raymond Piche of Manitoba and the late Jacqueline, Henri and Vital. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many friends. Resting at the Beggs Funeral Home Thessalon where friends may call on Thursday, April 8 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Friday April 9, 2004, at 1:00 p.m. Spring interment in The Sands Cemetery.
