CHAPUT, Aaron BIO
With profound and heart shattering sadness, the family of Aaron Chaput announce his death at the Sault Area Hospital, peacefully, in his sleep on September 5, 2018.  Aaron had battled ulcerative colitis and crohns courageously, without losing his sense of humour, for over half of his 28 short years.  Our lives have been changed forever by this huge hole in our hearts.  He was deeply loved by all.  Son of Cathy and Pete Chaput and brother to Matthew and Chelsea.  Nephew to Mary Nebesniuk (late Fred), Alison (Bill) and Mindy Holmes, Pauline Bruzas, John (Angie), Michelle Phillips (Jim), Jim (Brenda), Willow Dion (Dave), Joe (Helen) Cousin of Mike Nebesniuk, Christine McBride (Steve) and their children Colton and Brooke-Lynn, Josh Bruzas  (Mel) and their son Connor, Jake and Stefanie Bruzas, Renee, Claire and Daniel, Heather Philips, Mallory and Brittany, Mitchell and Megan Dion; Benn.  Predeceased by his grandparents Marg and Wally Holmes, Madeleine and Paul Chaput and uncle Fred Nebesniuk.  He will also be missed by great aunts and uncles and extended family and his devoted dog Fang.  Aaron you are now free from your pain; so soar with the angels.  We will carry your pain now until we meet again.  Family and friends are invited to visit at the Arthur Funeral Home – Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. – 705-759-2522) on Monday, September 10, 2018 from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm with service to follow in the chapel at 3 pm with Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. Interment to take place at Greenwood Cemetery.  Memorial donations to Crohns & Colitis Foundation, SAH Foundation or Trillium Foundation (Transplants) would be appreciated.  We would like to thank the doctors and wonderful nurses of SAH 3B and 3C, and University Hospital London  (8th floor and Transplant Unit) for their care of Aaron.
