Suddenly with his family and special friends by his side at the General Hospital on Thursday, August 26, 2004. Sadly missed by his loving wife and best friend, Karen. Special Dad and mentor to son, Jason (Rachel Nolan). Father of Brian Champagne. Son-in-law of Vivian Buetow. Brother of Ron (Judy) and Raymond (Arja). Brother-in-law of Denise Livingstone (Wayne), Fred Buetow (Megan), Alan Buetow (Linda), Dawn Buetow-James (Gary), Peter Buetow and Carl Buetow. Gerald will be missed by many nieces, nephews and special friends. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Monday, August 30, 2004 from 7-9 pm for a memorial visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to a charity of your choice would be appreciated. “Thanks Dad for your guidance and support even though I didn’t always want to listen.” Gerald’s spirit will always live on in the lives he has touched.
