Passed away suddenly at the Sault Area Hospital, with his family by his side, on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at the age of 57. He is now reunited with his parents Donald Chabot Sr. and Mima Chabot (McKay) and his older brother Richard Ryan. He will be greatly missed by his brother Rob (Tammy) and his nieces Brooke, Paige and Cassie.
Donny had a challenging life with some battles, but it never interfered with his comedic wit, compassion for others and his genuine willingness to give anyone the shirt off his back. He had a passion for music and an incredible knowledge for songs and artists – he was a “human jukebox”.
At Donny’s request, no services will be held. Memorial donations in Donny’s name can be made to the Sault Ste. Marie Soup Kitchen Community Centre.
