It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth, peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on Friday, April 17, 2020 in her 70th year. Soulmate and beloved wife of Don Laity for 45 beautiful years. Loving mother of Roseanne Eklund (Richard) and Jeanine Laity. Cherished grandmother of Owen Eklund. Waiting to reunite with her at Heaven’s gate were her parents, Stella and Peter Gradley, her mother-in-law, Enis Laity and her precious grandson, Rayden Eklund. Beloved daughter-in-law of Norman Laity of Chatham, Ontario. Dear older sister of Sandra Rodgers (Rick) of Calgary, Alberta and Pamela Pressnail (Jim) of Mississauga, Ontario. Sister-in-law of Alan Laity (Sharon) of Port Elgin, Ontario and Mary Lou Muschik (Tom) of Chatham, Ontario. Aunt and great aunt to many nieces and nephews.
