Passed away at the Algoma Manor on Thursday, July 28, 2005 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Geraldine for 59 years. Dear father of Robert (Dona), Emily Rains (Wayne), Linda Hawdon (Harold), Shirley Hawdon (Hugh) and the late Calvin and James. Grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 10. Brother of Frank (Dorothy), Edna Dixon (the late Canon Donald Dixon), Lawrence (Catherine) and the late Joe (late Louise), Jack (late Jean), Ella Boyle (late Jack) and Bill. Brother-in-law of Wayne Young (Arlene), Wilma Oliver (Don), Sharon Martineau (Lyle) and Ross Young (Linda). Remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Jocelyn Township, St. Joseph Island on Monday, August 1, 2005 from 10 am until 11:30 am. Funeral service from the church at 12 noon.
