Loving mother of late Brian Christian, late Richard Irvine-Bussineau, Philip Bussineau, Cheryl Grover, Terry Bussineau, and Christopher Shane Bussineau (Tracey). Caring grandmother of Trisha, Stephen, Alexander, Brandy, Christina, John, Chris, and Gary. Great grandmother of Robert, Jaren, Kaitlyn, Kaleb, and Pearl. Predeceased by her parents James Edgar and Verna Irvine (nee Mitchell), and siblings Bill, Eva, Jim, and Alex. Survived by her sister Leona Wilcox. Verna will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was a devoted member of the New Apostolic Church and a choir member for over 40 years. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. 705-759-2522) on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 9 am until 10:30 am. Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 11 am with Bishop Neil Jenson officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
