It is with heavy hearts, the family of Janice Buckle, announce her passing. Janice, age 70, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family and friends on Saturday, May 6th, 2023 at London University Hospital. Beloved wife of Roger Buckle for 45 years. Loving Mother of Erin, Kevin (Emily), and Kyle. Dear sister of Joan (Paul) Paradis and Jeanne (John)

Elwgren-Marinovich. Remembered fondly by her cherished nieces and nephews. Predeceased by loved parents Matt and Mary Marinovich and Howard and May Buckle.

Janice lived a blessed life full of spirit and compassion. Her positive impact on the lives of others was widespread and helped shape many in immeasurable ways. She will be remembered by multitudes as a dedicated teacher of 33 years guiding with patience, love and understanding.

Janice had a passion for literature, history, and sport. She was ready at any moment to lovingly share detailed depictions of her day's avid conquest. Janice will be missed for her joy of jest, clever mind, positive demeanor, kind tone, caring ear, big heart and her truly unbreakable spirit.

The Buckle Family would like to extend great thanks to loved ones and medical staff that have helped and supported Janice throughout the years in her times of medical hardship. She was blessed to have you in her life.

As per the wishes of Janice and her family, cremation has taken place and a celebration of Janice’s life will be announced and held in June. Janice demonstrated great empathy for those in times of challenge, affliction and vulnerability. It is with this in mind, sympathy may be expressed through donations to Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Literacy Lambton or Breast Cancer Society of Canada (cheques only at the funeral home please).
