Peacefully passed away at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (ARCH) with his family by his side on Monday, July 15, 2024 in his 89th year. Devoted husband of Monique Alain and the late Julie (nee Dumanski). Loved father of Vince (Kelly), Dennis (René), Marc (Traci) and step-father of Robert (Connie) and Steve (Rochelle). Proud Papa of Jordache, Keegan (Alisha), Danielle, Jake, Alexandra Leveillé (Andrew), Connor (Anastasia), Owen, Chris and Zoey. Great grandfather of Rayna, Arianna, Nathan, Grayson, Waylen and Matthew. Predeceased by his parents Philias and Germaine Boudreau. He will be fondly remembered by his many siblings, nieces, nephews and extended family. John will be missed by his morning coffee crew.
A private family service has taken place. Memorial donations to ARCH or the Soo Pee Wee Hockey League would be greatly appreciated by the family.
