June 5, 1960 – June 5, 2023

Surrounded by her loved ones on her 63rd birthday, MiMi went home to be with our Lord and Savior. MiMi will be dearly missed by the love of her life Darcy Bouchard, his ‘sunshine’ will never be forgotten. She leaves behind her daughter and best friend Nicole Maitland (Adam), ‘till we meet again MaMa’. She also leaves behind her daughter Stacey Morin (Bill) and is reunited with her daughter Christine Palmer (Dwayne). Loving grandma and like another mother to Gavin (Caitlyn), Craig, Ava (Love you girl!) and Emma (Love you Gramcracker), also loving grandma to Andre (Megan), Adam (Kallie), Alex (Emily), Tyler and Dylan (Elissa). Proud GiGi to Jaxon, he completed her world. Also, great grandma to Courtney, Lihla, Andre Jr, Blake, and Liam.

Reunited with her parents Leo and Theresa Mallet, as well as her siblings Butchy, Theresa, Benny, and Jimmy. She will be truly missed by her surviving sister Penny Crow (late Carl). She will never be forgotten by her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law that were more like her own siblings. She will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

We would like to take the time to thank the staff at the Sault Area Hospital, SAH Emergency Department, and 3B Nurses and staff for all their wonderful care and compassion. We would also like to thank Dr. Beuhner and Dr. Carbo for all their guidance and compassion at this very difficult time. Thank you to ARCH for the wonderful care, compassion and for making us feel at home.

Memorial donations may be made to ARCH, Bethel Bible Chapel or the SAHF Cancer Care Fund (payable online or by cheque) and would be greatly appreciated.

A visitation will take place at Bethel Bible Chapel (686 Black Road, SSM) on Saturday, June 17, 2023, from 10:00 am – 11:00 am. Service at 11:00 am and refreshments to follow.
